Windows联网环境下使用命令行下载浏览器（certutil）

按Win+R打开cmd，执行以下命令，即可下载浏览器安装程序至当前目录。

谷歌浏览器：

certutil.exe -urlcache -split -f https://dl.google.com/tag/s/appguid%3D%7B8A69D345-D564-463C-AFF1-A69D9E530F96%7D%26iid%3D%7B5A281D1B-DD72-0460-1643-5C70AB8C6394%7D%26lang%3Dzh-CN%26browser%3D5%26usagestats%3D0%26appname%3DGoogle%2520Chrome%26needsadmin%3Dprefers%26ap%3Dx64-stable-statsdef_1%26installdataindex%3Dempty/update2/installers/ChromeSetup.exe

火狐浏览器：

certutil.exe -urlcache -split -f https://download-ssl.firefox.com.cn/releases-sha2/stub/official/zh-CN/Firefox-latest.exe

下载前可先切换到其他方便寻找的目录，如图所示：
